1. What Mesfonic is

Mesfonic provides general information and deterministic arithmetic tools for employer compliance notices. The tools map facts you enter to publicly published rules and perform calculations. Mesfonic is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting services, or a substitute for professional counsel. Nothing on this site — including builder outputs — recommends a position to take, selects a defense, or predicts any outcome.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy of every fact you enter into the builder;
  • confirming response deadlines against the dates printed on your IRS notices (calculators on this site are planning aids, not legal determinations);
  • what you assert in any filing or correspondence with the IRS or any agency;
  • seeking qualified professional advice about your situation, especially before a response deadline.

3. Purchases

The Letter 226-J ESRP Reconciliation Pack is sold as a one-time purchase (currently $129 USD) via Stripe Payment Links. Access is granted only after our server verifies a completed, paid, unrefunded payment directly with Stripe — client-side state is never trusted. Prices are in USD; no taxes are added — the listed price is the total.

We do not advertise a refund policy. Refund requests are handled privately on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to circumvent payment verification, probe non-public endpoints, or submit data you have no right to use. Builder data is stored locally in your browser; do not enter credentials, card numbers, or other secrets into the builder.

5. No warranties

The site and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we cite figures to primary sources and test our arithmetic, tax rules change and sources can go stale — verify critical figures against the cited sources before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesfonic is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including missed deadlines or filing positions you choose to take.
